1. WHAT IS IZETTLE?
iZettle develops completely innovative payment and analytics tools that empower small businesses to operate at the same level as the big players in the market. We help our users grow their businesses with tools that are easy to use.
The iZettle Reader allows anyone to securely accept card payments, anytime, anywhere.
2. SETUP IN REVO
Note: The terminal we have certified is the Zettle Reader 2. For more information about the card reader, see here.
1. Log in to the back-office of REVO.
2. Click on Integrations.
3. Using the Add button, search for iZettle and click Add.
4. Fill in the following information:

Active: Enabled.

Name: Descriptive name for the integration.

Test: Disabled.
5. Click Save to confirm the changes.
After completing these steps, the iZettle setup in the back-office will be finished.
Now it’s time to finish setting up iZettle in the Revo RETAIL app.
3. LINKING THE TERMINAL AND PAYMENT IN THE Revo RETAIL APP
At this point:
1. Open the Revo RETAIL application on your device.
2. Place your first order.
3. Click on the Card payment icon.
4. A window will open where you must enter your username and password.
5. Click the Log in button.
6. Next, another window will appear, allowing you to connect to the iZettle card reader.
To do this, click on Connect card reader.
7. Click on the card reader model iZettle Reader 2.
8. On this screen, the Revo RETAIL app will automatically detect the iZettle Reader 2 card reader, provided it is turned on, and finally, you can pair it.
9. Once the reader is successfully paired, any order paid by card in the Revo RETAIL app will automatically send the payment to the card reader, and it will be ready to process the payment.
10. Bring the credit card close to the reader.
11. After swiping or inserting the credit card, the Revo RETAIL app will indicate whether the payment was successful or not.
4. HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN IN THE Revo RETAIL APP
1. Access the REVO menu r.
2. Select the option Invoices.
3. Locate the order to be refunded.
4. Once selected, choose the products you want to refund and click the Refund button.
5. A window from iZettle will then open, where you must enter the password to proceed with the refund.
6. Click Confirm.
