You can create cancellation reasons to allow the customer to indicate why they are cancelling the reservation.

To do this:

1. Access the back-office of Revo FLOW.

2. Go to Settings / CANCELLATION REASONS.

3. Click on +New and complete the information:



  • Reason: Add a reason.

4. Click Save.


Now, the customer can select the reason for cancelling their reservation either through the widget or from the confirmation email.
