From Rooms, you can easily sync the Revo XEF table layout. You can also configure table capacity, create new rooms, and more.


1. Access the back-office of Revo FLOW.

2. Go to Design / Rooms.



  • Save order: Saves the new order of rooms.

  • + New: Creates a new room.

  • : Search for a room.

  • Actions:

    • Delete: Select one or more rooms to delete them.
    • Reset rooms: Restores rooms to their default settings.
    • Sync rooms: Synchronise rooms between Revo XEF and Revo FLOW.

  • : Select one or more rooms.

  • : Reorganise the rooms.

  • : Room is active or inactive.

  • Name: Room name.

  • Tables: Configure the tables in the room.


CREATE A NEW ROOM

1. Click on +New.



  • Active:

  • Name: Enter a name for the room.

  • Revo SLOT: Activate if the room uses Revo SLOT.

2. Click on Save.


EDIT TABLE CAPACITY

Indicate the number of diners each table can accommodate.

1. Click on the number shown in the Tables column.



2. A list of all tables in the room will appear.



3. Click on the icon.



  • Name: Edit the table name.

  • Capacity: Enter the table capacity.

  • Photo: Select a photo from the dropdown menu.

4. Click on Save.
