The rooms is the tool we will use to synchronise the XEF table design with FLOW or for the creation of new rooms.

- How to create a new room:

  • Click on the +Room button.

  • Active:

  • Name: We will add a name to the room.

  • Slot: Select if the room works with SLOT.

  • Save.

- Actions:

  • Delete: We can select multiple rooms and delete them.

  • Reset rooms: We will reset the configuration of the rooms to leave them as they were by default.

  • Synchronise rooms: Select this option to synchronise the rooms between XEF and FLOW.

- Edit number of diners per table:

Select this option to synchronise the rooms between XEF and FLOW.

If we click on the number that appears in the tables' column, we will access the room configuration:

Here we will see all the tables we have in the room, and we can edit or delete them.

If we edit them, the following window will open:

  • Name: We can edit the number of the table.

  • Capacity: We can edit the capacity of the table.

  • Photo: We can select a photo from the dropdown.
