1. WHAT IS REVO SLOT?
Revo SLOT is a web solution to manage reservations, time slots and capacity. It allows the digitalization of the traditional reservation book and capacity control for different services:
In hotels: reservations linked to customer stays (boarding equipment, swimming pool, gym, spa, aesthetics, etc.).
In bars and restaurants: travel to reserved tables or consumption points.
You can access the app from any device with a web browser, no downloads required.
2. HOW TO ENABLE REVO SLOT
To enable Revo SLOT, go to the Revo SLOT section of the Revo FLOW back office. Then check the checkbox and enter the type.
Note: For Revo SLOT to work properly, the "Restore" option must be selected.
3. HOW TO CREATE A SLOT ROOM
To use Revo SLOT, we need a dedicated room.
Go to Rooms:

Name: Name of the room

Revo SLOT: √
Note: Unable to use a room imported from Revo XEF.
Once the room has been created, the tables must be created, to do this we will go to Table designer and add the tables. Subsequently, we can edit the capacity of the tables created by clicking on the number in the "Tables" column.
4. HOW TO CREATE SERVICES
You must create services in order to make reservations. To do this, search for Services in the back office.
When creating a service, we will fill in all the fields according to our preferences.

5. HOW TO USE REVO SLOT
Once everything is set up, we will go to Revo SLOT
You will now be asked for basic information about the customer, such as their name and phone number.
Next, you need to indicate the number of guests who will come.
When you indicate the guests, a page will open to select the day and time of the reservation.
Before confirming, you can add and subtract guests.
Once the reservation is created, it can be modified, attendance can be confirmed and customers can also be seated.
