The payment methods are the methods you’ll use in Revo FLOW to process reservation payments.
1. Go to the back-office of Revo FLOW.
2. Navigate to Settings / PAYMENT METHODS.
Cash, card, and Redsys come as default options and cannot be removed, but you can edit them using the button.
3. Click on +New and fill in the information:
- Name: Enter an identifying name.
4. Click on Save.
PAYMENTS FROM THE APP
You can add payments from the app in two ways:
WHEN CREATING THE RESERVATION
1. Create the reservation and complete the steps. Instead of selecting Finish, choose Save with more options.
2. Tap on the and then on + Add payments.
3. Select the payment method, specify the amount, and tap on the . The XEF app will open automatically to confirm the payment.
To process a refund, simply activate Refund.
4. The Revo FLOW app will open automatically, showing the payment as recorded in the reservation file.
ON AN EXISTING RESERVATION
1. Select the reservation, tap on and + Add payments.
2. Select the payment method, specify the amount, and tap on the . The XEF app will open automatically to confirm the payment.
To process a refund, activate Refund.
3. The Revo FLOW app will open automatically, showing the payment as recorded in the reservation file.
