The following option has been added:

  • Card Tokenization in Cancellation Policies

    We have introduced a new feature to cancellation policies. When making a booking, you now have the option to request the customer's credit card information as a guarantee. If the customer fails to show up or cancels the booking outside the specified period, a charge will be applied for the agreed amount. Get more details in the following link.

    To ensure the proper functioning of this new option, it will be necessary to activate payments via reference or MIT; we recommend contacting your bank's virtual POS support to perform this activation.
