1. WHAT IS SII AND VERIFACTU?

The Immediate Information System (SII) is a VAT management system implemented by the Spanish Tax Agency. With VeriFactu, revo XEF allows you to comply with fiscal obligations automatically, ensuring traceability of all operations carried out in your business.

With SII you can:

• Send fiscal information automatically to the Tax Agency.
• Comply with VeriFactu without manual intervention.
• Ensure traceability of all issued invoices.

2. GENERAL SCREEN

When accessing the back-office, a message will appear requesting fiscal configuration. Click Configure fiscality to start the process.

IMPORTANT: For existing users, the button is enabled only on iPads in version 4.8.6 or higher of the app.

3. CONFIGURATION IN THE BACK-OFFICE

ACCESS TO FISCAL CONFIGURATION

1. Go to the back-office of revo XEF.

2. Go to Configuration / FISCAL CONFIGURATION.

3. Click Configure fiscality and select Fiscal country: Spain (VeriFactu).

MODE SELECTION

You must select the option corresponding to your fiscal situation:

Option 3: I already work with SII or exemption

Use this option if your business is already integrated with the Immediate Information System or has an applicable fiscal exemption.

4. Once the mode is selected, click Save to apply the changes.

Done! SII is now configured correctly.
