1. Am I required to activate it?
Yes.

  • Freelancers: July 1, 2026
    Only exempt are those using SII or with official authorization.

2. Does it change the way I work?
No. The system automatically sends invoices to the Tax Agency.
You will only see a QR code on the tickets.

3. Why do some invoices take time to validate?
This is normal. The process goes through several states before reaching “Received”.

4. What happens if the connection is lost?
Invoices are stored locally and sent when the connection is restored.

5. Do I need to review invoices daily?
Not necessary. A weekly review in the document list is sufficient.

6. What should I do if a yellow or red status appears?
Contact support and do not modify or cancel the invoice.

7. What do clients notice?
Only a new QR code on their ticket, allowing them to verify the invoice.

8. When is the best time to activate it?
Between July and December 2025, for a safe transition.

9. Can I switch from No VeriFactu to VeriFactu?
Yes, by requesting it from technical support, who will manage the transition.
